Review of Kangside 200 TC – it is too expensive!

Kangside is the same company that once made everyone happy with its Vamo device, then almost everyone wanted it, or had it. Now they are churning out box mods, but almost all of them are terrible. But their new device is not so bad, all because it is on a board from YiHi. They called it Kangside 200 TC.

Kangside 200TC

The design, in my opinion, is a C grade. They didn’t spend any time on it, they just ended up with a square box mod no different from a brick, except maybe painted. On one side there is a drawing of a skull, which again could have been done better. The layout of the controls is standard for all square box mods. The control buttons have a spiral pattern. australian vape shop sydney On the opposite side of the skull is the YiHi logo. The box mod is available in the following colors: red, blue, gold, black.

Perhaps the main and only feature of the design is that by contacting the manufacturer’s managers, you can order for an additional fee any image on the box mod instead of a skull, which will add uniqueness to your device.

The dimensions of the box mod are approximately the same as those of other similar box mods – 100x60x25 mm. The weight is also not much different – 210 grams.

Specifications

As I wrote above, the box mod is equipped with a board from YiHi, or more specifically, SX330-V3, which has the following parameters:

Power adjustment range in variable watt mode 10-200 watts with a supported resistance of 0.1-3 ohms, in joules mode from 0.05 to 0.9 ohms

Joule range on nickel from 10-75 J, on titanium 10-100 J

Thermal control supports nickel, titanium and stainless steel with a temperature limit of 100-300 degrees Celsius or 212-572 Fahrenheit.

The box mod also has a function for saving temperature coefficient presets m1-m5

Steel connector with spring-loaded copper pin

The box mod runs on two 18650 batteries, the battery compartment cover is attached with magnets, charging via micro-usb is not possible, but updating the firmware is possible.

As a result, we have a mod that doesn’t stand out in any way, except for the possibility of paying extra for your own drawing on the YiHi board for plus or minus $100. And here the main question arises: isn’t it better to take the Sigelei Fuchai, which is 40 dollars cheaper, more interesting in appearance and is, one might say, a well-deserved 200-watt power source of the Earth

Of course, it’s up to you to decide…
