Review of Kangertech Drip EZ

Squonk box mods are becoming more and more popular every day, and in the modern arena, the company that introduced us to the most squonk mods is Kangertech. If I’m not mistaken, the new Drip EZ will be the company’s third squonk box mod. Nowadays, all devices generally look the same, and they have similar functionality, but the new device breaks all standards and is truly unique. I think everything will immediately become clear to you after the first photo, but let’s start in order.

After I first looked at the photo, I laughed very hard, because it looks very carbonated, mainly due to the glass bottle in the body and the tube leading from it to the evaporation chamber of the atomizer. Although it doesn’t look very ordinary, behind it lies a completely simple device, available in black and steel colors. It is very strange that the usual red color of the controls is not present. australian vape shop adelaide The dimensions of the box mod are not particularly large: height 57 mm, width 39 mm, thickness 31 mm. But the weight of the device is not even small – 270 grams.

The device consists of three parts: a box mod, an atomizer and a bottle with a liquid supply system.” We’ll start with a bottle with liquid. Essentially, it works exactly the same as any other squonk, only you need to press not the bottle itself, but the button. The liquid enters the evaporation chamber of the atomizer through a tube. It looks at least impressive, but I can’t say anything about convenience. I couldn’t find the volume of the bottle, but it looks like it’s about 8-10 ml, certainly no less.

The box mod itself as a whole does not stand out in any way; it is an ordinary box mod on a standard chip from Kanger, producing a maximum of 80 watts. The minimum supported atomizer resistance is 0.1 ohm. The box mod also supports thermal control on nickel, titanium and stainless steel. This creation runs on a single 18650 battery, which can be charged via micro-usb.

The atomizer used in the set is Drip EZ RBA, which I would note first of all for its very interesting system for securing the coil. I don’t really understand how it works, but from the Kangertech video it became clear that to secure the spiral you need to insert the legs into the hole and simply press two buttons on the stands. It’s very convenient, I tell you.

This is where we can sum it up. I wouldn’t say that they did anything special, but the device turned out to be really interesting in terms of design and technical components. Personally, I don’t really like squonks because their pin always leaks, but this is a completely different story, because the liquid is applied directly to the cotton wool. But what I really liked was the system for fastening the spirals with a simple press. I hope that in the future more and more manufacturers will make just such a system, or something similar. The main thing is that it should be trouble-free and convenient.
